The 36th Annual To Be Held On The 2007 Boston Cancer Horse and Dog Show was once again a success, the weather was extremely good, lovely and sunny which caught many people out as we were expecting cooler weather. The other thing which made the show so enjoyable was the lovely friendly atmosphere, we try to cater for most tastes and hope that everybody can bring along their horse or pony wether it be their first time or have done it for years. As secretary I really enjoyed my time helping out in the tent which provides food for the judges and helpers. I had time to talk to some of the judges and discuss some changes we can make to hopefully bring in more entries. If you have any ideas please send and email to tms7t@hotmail.co.uk . The dog show also did very well this year with a huge variety of dogs taking part. Boston Cancer Horse and Dog Show committe would like to thank all who supported the show, wether by sponsorship of goods or money or by giving their time setting up, running the show or taking down equipment, and of course who took part. We were able to send a cheque for £1000 to Cancer Research UK this year which is a big improvement on recent years. We hope you will support us again next year in our 36th year on Sunday 18th May 2008. |
